Covid-19 information

In order to protect everyone as well as possible, a mandatory health protocol is in force for tourist accommodations and restaurants.

 

Arrival:

The sanitary passport is at the moment not needed in a chambres d'hôtes. But, fromt the 5the of Augsut 2021 (if the law is confirmed), all restaurants, bars, cinemas, museums.... will have to ask for it. 

Stay home if you have symptoms or if you are a contact person. Do not travel and consult your doctor.

We ask you to make an appointment for your arrival as we can no longer accommodate several guests at the same time.

We ask you to respect the barrier gestures. Wearing a mask is obligatory when walking around in the house.  

Access to shared rooms (living room, veranda, courtesy tray, refrigerator, library, etc.) is currently possible with strict sanitary protocol: mask obligatory, distance 1 m minimum, hand desinfections obligatory. 

Your room:

We inform you that the cleaning service will be done only on request and not more often thant every 2nd day. We ask you to open the windows before leaving your room in order to ventilate at least 1 hour before cleaning, otherwise we won't enter your room.

Breakfast:
Breakfast can be served in our veranda and/ or the living room since 19th of may. A strict sanitary protocol is mandatery: Mask obligatory - you are allowed to take of the mask when served and only for the time it needs to consume your meal. You may as well have breakfast in your room (if orderd at latest in the evening before). 

It may eventually be possible to sit on one of our tables in the garden, but it is usually cold in the morning.
 

Restaurants:

A part from breakfast, we do not offer on-site catering.

Some restaurants at the habor of Cancale offer take-away food. If you want to eat a meal in your room or in the garden, you can ask us for plates, cutlery, glasses.

When the terraces open on May 19, 2021 and during summer 2021, we advise you to reserve your table as soon as possible.
 

Invoice: 

In order to avoid sources of contamination as much as possible, it is preferable to make pre-payment by bank transfer. However, that choice is yours to make. Do not hesitate to ask for our bank details if you wish to pay your invoice in advance.

Otherwise, you can always pay on the spot, on arrival, in cash (Euros), by credit card, Visa or MasterCard, ANCV or ANCV Connect holiday vouchers.

Dematerialized invoices. You receive your invoice after your arrival by email.


Departure: 

On the day of your departure you may use your room until 11am.

Please close the garbage bags and ventilate the room before leaving.
Leave the windows open if it's not raining. It is not necessary to clear the bed.
