Covid-19 information

In order to protect everyone as well as possible, a mandatory health protocol is in force for tourist accommodations and restaurants.



Stay home if you have symptoms or if you are a contact person. Do not travel and consult your doctor.

We ask you to make an appointment for your arrival as we can no longer accommodate several guests at the same time.

We ask you to respect the barrier gestures. Wearing a mask is obligatory when walking around in the house. In our region the mask is obligatory as well outside. 

Access to shared rooms (living room, veranda, courtesy tray, refrigerator, library, etc.) is currently no longer possible (at least until June 9, 2021).

Email us the name, email address and phone number of all travelers so that we can contact them if someone is positive for covid 19.

Your room:

We inform you that the cleaning service will be done only on request and not more often thant every 2nd day. We ask you to open the windows before leaving your room in order to ventilate at least 1 hour before cleaning.


The restaurants can open only on June 9, 2021 - our breakfast service is also affected by this.

Until June 9, 2021, breakfast will be consumed in your room. A continental breakfast will be delivered to your room at the desired time (service between 8 am and 10 am). Please let us know your preferences the day before. The tray contains: a hot drink, a fruit juice, salted butter, jams, bread, croissants ou pain ou chocolats. On request we can add a fruit salad, yogurt (homemade) or cereals.

It may eventually be possible to sit on one of our tables in the garden, but it is usually cold in the morning.


A part from breakfast, we do not offer on-site catering.

Some restaurants at the habor of Cancale offer take-away food. If you want to eat a meal in your room or in the garden, you can ask us for plates, cutlery, glasses.

When the terraces open on May 19, 2021 and during summer 2021, we advise you to reserve your table as soon as possible.


In order to avoid sources of contamination as much as possible, it is preferable to make pre-payment by bank transfer. However, that choice is yours to make. Do not hesitate to ask for our bank details if you wish to pay your invoice in advance.

Otherwise, you can always pay on the spot, on arrival, in cash (Euros), by credit card, Visa or MasterCard, ANCV or ANCV Connect holiday vouchers.

Dematerialized invoices. You receive your invoice after your arrival by email.


On the day of your departure you may use your room until 11am.

Please close the garbage bags and ventilate the room before leaving.
Leave the windows open if it's not raining. It is not necessary to clear the bed.
