Domestique Animals

You may come with your dog or cat into the double room with terrace « Cancale » (maximum 1 animal). A supplement of 8 Euros per day (food not included) will be invoiced. You may ask for a basked, bowl or towel for your animal. Please be aware that we also have a dog and a cat living with us. We kindly ask you to make sure that your animal is vaccinated and has his anti-flea and dewormer treatment.

VAT not applicable (Art. 293 B of CGI).   Minimum length of stay 2 nights.

Room Price for 2 personnes, per room and night.  Breakfast included.  City tax in supplement: 0,85€ (for 2023) per adult and night.

Paiement at reservation by bank transfer for online reservations.

If you want to pay on spot you have to make your reservation by téléphone at +33 6 71 23 36 60 (I speak English, French or German). On spot we accept credit card (Visa ou MasterCard), cash (Euros only), cheques vacances ANCV or ANCV connect. Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation free of charge until 2 days prior to your arrival except from 5th of July 2024 to 8th of September 2024 where you can cancel free of charge until 7 days prior to the arrival. In case of later cancellation, modification, early departure or no show the total of your reservation will be charged.

Guarantee:
You pay the total amount for room and breakfast at reservation by bank transfer to guarantee your booking. The money has to be on my bank account at latest until 2 days prior to the arrival. Reservations without a prepayment on this day are considered as not guaranteed and may be cancelled by Petite Emeraude without any notification. If you cancel your booking within the free cancelation period we reimburse the total amount of reservation to the account you used to make the bank transfer. If there are any bank fees they will be on your charge in case of cancelation. In case of cas of late cancellation, modification or no show the total amount of reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.

The room is available at 4 p.m. on arrival day and until 11 a.m. on devanture day.
